They are believed to have taken ecstasy.

Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Hussein Omar Khan had stated that the four, along with three others, fell unconscious after apparently using drugs at the concert.

He revealed that investigations showed they had consumed ecstasy pills at the event.

Comm Hussein said some victims could have purchased the drugs before attending the concert, while others may have bought them there.

There are also suspicions that individuals were selling drugs at the concert.
