PORT KLANG: The National Registration Department (NRD) disclosed that 365 foreigners were charged in court over MyKad and birth certificate fraud between January and August this year.
Enforcement director Mazhad Abdul Aziz said 738 joint operations were conducted with various agencies nationwide, including raids on premises and factories to detect the use of fraudulent identification documents.
