Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Azam Ismail, in a statement on Monday (Dec 9), said that the incident occurred around 9am then.

Investigation showed that the incident occurred while it was raining and that the truck hit a road divider after it spun out of control.

"Following the collision the truck then turned turtle and blocked the left side of the road.
