PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia has urged members of the Developing Eight Organisation for Economic Cooperation (D-8) not to render aid or assistance to Israel, including any economic dealings that contribute to the funding of its military and illegal occupation of Palestinian land.
Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan said this in response to the plight of the Palestinian people at the D-8 Extraordinary Meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers in Istanbul, Türkiye, on Saturday (June 8).
