Malaysia, Uzbekistan to transform joint committee on trade into joint commission

TASHKENT: Malaysia and Uzbekistan have agreed to activate the work of the Intergovernmental Joint Committee on trade and transform the committee into the Intergovernmental Joint Commission.

In a joint statement on Friday (May 17), Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev said it will be continuing mutual visits of representatives of business circles as well as participating in exhibitions and fairs held in the two countries.
