MACC arrests civil servant in Melaka over RM7,500 bribe

MELAKA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has arrested a 41-year-old civil servant over an alleged RM7,500 bribe.

The suspect - who had formerly served at a public higher-learning institution here - was produced at the Magistrate's Court here on Tuesday (May 7) where a five-day remand order was issued by Magistrate Khairunnisak Hassni.
