King to respond to all Raya cards


KUALA LUMPUR: Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, said His Majesty will respond to every Hari Raya Aidilfitri greeting card received from the people.

“I have noticed in the comments section of my official Facebook social media page that many have expressed their desire for Aidilfitri greeting cards.

“I will still respond to every card received,” said Sultan Ibrahim in a post on His Majesty’s official Instagram.

Through the post on Friday, Sultan Ibrahim graciously signed about 500 Aidilfitri cards to be sent to the people who sent Aidilfitri greeting cards to His Majesty, Bernama reported.

Before signing the greeting cards, His Majesty prepared air mata kucing, a traditional drink, in preparation for the breaking of fast.

Cooking is one of the King’s beloved pastimes.His Majesty is skilled in preparing various types of dishes and delicacies.
