Flexi-post proposal for medical assistants being studied, says Lukanisman

PUTRAJAYA,: The Health Ministry's proposal to create flexi positions for trained medical assistants to continue serving in their areas of expertise is being examined by the Public Service Department (PSD), says Deputy Health Minister Datuk Lukanisman Awang Sauni (pic).

He said the details and study related to the proposed creation of the position had been carried out by the director-general of Health Datuk Dr Muhammad Radzi Abu Hassan, before being brought to PSD last year and added that the current placement of promoted medical assistants is based on vacancies.
