SEPANG: The 27.3 million foreign tourist arrivals targeted for this year is achievable with several supporting factors in place, including the visa liberalisation programme and more promotion activities abroad, says Tourism Malaysia director-general Datuk Dr Ammar Abd Ghapar.
He said another factor that could boost tourist arrivals was the charter flight matching grant incentive.
