Director pleads guilty to not paying tribunal awards

SEREMBAN: A company director involved in organising tours and haj pilgrimage trips pleaded guilty to four charges of failing to comply with two Consumer Claims Tribunal awards involving RM41,920.

Mohd Firdaus Ahmad of Syarikat Persada Oasis Travel and Tours did not contest the charges after they were read to him before magistrate Nor Hafiza Ishak at the Magistrate’s Court here.
