SEREMBAN: A diesel retailer has been fined RM200,000 by the Sessions Court here for selling the controlled item to another company without the approval or a valid licence from the Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Ministry.
Negri Sembilan ministry director Muhammad Zahir Mazlan said the court ordered MCM Petroleum Sdn Bhd to pay the fine after it did not contest the charge.
