ABOUT 16% or 8.15 million of the current 49.4 million active mobile numbers are recycled numbers, says Communications and Digital Minister Fahmi Fadzil.
He said the recycled numbers had gone through the “cooling off period” of six months before they were allowed to be reused by new users.
