BENTONG: Outstation voters, who number about 5,000, are among the major factors that will determine the results of the Pelangai by-election today.

Barisan Nasional and its ally Pakatan Harapan are betting on the return of non-Malay voters, who make up about 26% of Pelangai’s 16,400 voters, to give it a stronger edge.
