3R issues: Govt to hold discussion with relevant parties on July 21, says Azalina


KLANG: The government will hold discussions with relevant parties on Friday (July 21) to assess existing laws and look into the need for a new law to deal with 3R (race, religion, royalty) issues, says Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said.

The Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Law and Institutional Reform) said the discussion, to be held at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur, would involve, among others, the Bar Council, professional bodies, enforcement agencies, civil society organisations (CSOs) and non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
