KUALA LUMPUR: There were 16 high-profile cases dropped by the Attorney General between 2018 and 2023, says Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said.
In a parliamentary written reply, she said that the Attourney General – under Article 145 (3) of the Federal Constitution – has the discretion to decide on whether to institute, conduct or discontinue any proceedings for any offence committed.
