Two minors among 11 charged with cheating in Melaka


MELAKA: Two minors were among 11 individuals who claimed trial at the Magistrate's Court in Ayer Keroh here to seven counts of cheating charges involving a sum of RM45,534.74.

The accused, Sharifah Nur Natasha Syed Mohd Hata, 21; Muhammad Faizal Abdullah, 22; Yap Soon Lin, 23; brothers Muhammad Ikmal Rizal Hamdan, 22; and Muhammad Haiqal, 19; Yap Zhen Xiang, Teong Wai Keat, Goh Chun Rong, all 19 years old, and Lee Yih Hong, 18, were jointly charged with deceiving seven individuals.
