‘Probe losses due to graft’

KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim ordered the authorities, including the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), to investigate the parties responsible for losses incurred by the country due to corruption.

He said that apart from MACC, other agencies, including the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN), Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), and the Police Commercial Investigation Department (CID), should take whatever steps are necessary via the legal channel to act.
