Mothers Day: Mums in rural Sabah hope for children to succeed despite challenges

KOTA KINABALU: Ask anyone who has been to Sabah’s rural areas and chances are they will tell you of the challenges and hardships the communities have to face on a daily basis.

Besides the road conditions, residents there have poor connectivity as well as being located far from health services.
