Negri Sembilan cops opened 28 investigations into illegal money lenders in first quarter 2023


SEREMBAN: Negri Sembilan police opened 28 investigation papers in the first four months of this year to probe criminal intimidation cases involving unlicensed money lenders, says the state police chief.

DCP Datuk Ahmad Dzaffir Mohd Yussof said the cases included threats by the loan sharks to splash paint on borrowers' homes as well as to set them on fire.
