JOHOR BARU: An allocation of RM8.94mil has been approved by the Local Government Development Ministry for the construction and maintenance of 28 flood retention ponds statewide.
Its Deputy Minister Akmal Nasrullah Mohd Nasir said that the projects are part of the government's effort in solving flood issues in Johor.
