Another cop charged with murder of ehailing driver

KOTA KINABALU: Another policeman with Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) has been charged with the murder of an ehailing driver in Tawau.

John Kennedy Sanggah, 44, previously granted bail as a prosecution witness for the case in February, was charged at the Tawau Magistrate’s Court for the same case yesterday.
