LABUAN: The decades-old Merdeka Roundabout just outside the Labuan ferry terminal is undergoing a major facelift that will turn it into a must-visit structure.
Labuan Corporation (LC) chief executive officer Rithuan Ismail said the upgrading project is part of LC’s beautification efforts to ‘bring life’ to the island.
