KUALA LUMPUR: The gazetting of the Kuala Lumpur Structure Plan 2040 (PSKL 2040) has been delayed to allow further engagement sessions in accordance with the Malaysia Madani concept, says Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
The Prime Minister said the postponement would give sufficient time for DBKL to hold engagement sessions with stakeholders to explain and get appropriate feedback regarding PSKL 2040 because the lower income group must also be given consideration.
