Committee established to decide Bintulu Port administration, says Fadillah


KUCHING: A committee involving the federal and Sarawak government will be established to decide whether the administration of Bintulu Port will be handed over to the state government, says Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof (pic).

The Deputy Prime Minister said that the Federal Government had received a letter from the Sarawak government regarding its request to take over the administration of the port, located around 626km from here.
