Anwar: Tenders must be awarded based on company's capability, track record

KUALA LUMPUR: Tenders for big projects should be awarded based solely on a company's capability and track record, says Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim (pic).

He said that this is the guiding principle for the awarding of tenders for big projects in the country.
