Egg import: No public funds involved, says agriculture ministry


PUTRAJAYA: The special approval for the temporary import of eggs does not involve public funds, says the Agriculture and Food Security Ministry (MAFS).

In a statement today (March 13), it said any expenditure and risks to import eggs are fully borne by the importing company without public funds.
