YONG PENG: Flood victims who did not relocate to temporary flood relief centres are also entitled to Johor government aid, says state health and unity committee chairman Ling Tian Soon.
He said many victims statewide chose to evacuate to relatives’ homes rather than seek shelter at relief centres.
