PUTRAJAYA: The number of dengue fever cases in the eighth epidemiological week this year (ME8/23) from Feb 19 to 25 dropped by 0.2% to 2,145 cases from 2,149 cases the previous week.
In a statement on Wednesday (March 1), Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said one death due to dengue fever complications was also reported during the week.
