PETALING JAYA: Health Minister Dr Zaliha Mustafa (pic) will try to resolve issues affecting the healthcare sector and its workers based on proposals and feedback received from the town hall session with doctors on Wednesday (Feb 22), says her office.
In a statement, it said issues on contract doctors, upgrading public healthcare facilities, shortage of doctors at emergency departments, better career pathway prospects for medical officers and other technical matters were raised at the town hall session attended by 350 doctors from the civil service.
