KOTA KINABALU: Food operators are finding it difficult to implement the Menu Rahmah initiative due to high rental and other overhead costs, says Sabah West Coast Consumers Association.
“The government needs to assist food operators if it wants them to successfully adopt the Menu Rahmah,” said its president David Chan.
