Sultan Sharafuddin, Tengku Permaisuri Selangor extend CNY greetings


PETALING JAYA: Sultan of Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah and Tengku Permaisuri Selangor Tengku Permaisuri Norashikin extended their Chinese New Year greetings to those who are celebrating the festival.

The Selangor Ruler hoped that this celebration will continue to be a vital element in strengthening unity and harmony between various races in the country, as well as being celebrated in an atmosphere of goodwill, full of tolerance and mutual respect.

"May this new year bring prosperity, joy and happiness to all of us," he said in a post on the Selangor Royal Office social media account Saturday (Jan 21).
