JOHOR BARU: A "Datuk" who is the former chairman of a non-governmental organisation (NGO) and the NGO's treasurer have been arrested here for allegedly making a false claim worth RM11,000 from a government agency.
The two suspects, who are 47 and 43 years old, respectively, were arrested at the Johor Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) between 8.30pm and 9.30pm on Sunday (Jan 8) after giving their statements.
