KAMPAR: The Kampar parliamentary constituency has always been important to MCA with two of the party's main educational institutions situated here, says Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.

The MCA president said with Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) here, MCA has a good track record in terms of bringing in development.
