GE15: Ahmad Zahid gives guarantee no BN politician will head MACC

BAGAN DATUK: Barisan Nasional (BN) will not appoint any elected representative or politicians from the coalition as Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Chief Commissioner if it forms the government after the 15th general election (GE15), says its chairman Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

He said this was a clear signal of BN’s efforts to weed out corruption and the misperception that it was involved in corrupt practices.
