Letter of pledge backing Zahid as PM is fake, says BN comms director


PETALING JAYA: A letter of pledge purportedly supporting Umno president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi as prime minister is fake, says Barisan Nasional Communications director Datuk Seri Dr Shamsul Anuar Nasarah (pic).

The pledge, allegedly signed by Shamsul Anuar, promised to give major Cabinet posts and political appointments to Umno MPs, as well as dropping court charges involving top party leaders.
