MODEL and actress Angelababy became a trending topic after she was seen smoking at a gathering of friends, reported Sin Chew Daily.
She sat cross-legged and without makeup in a 17-second video that has since gone viral on Weibo.
The leaked video was obviously taken by another friend who sat opposite Angelababy.
Some Internet users warned her to be careful when choosing friends, to avoid any “betrayal”.
According to the daily, Angelababy was already smoking when she was a small-time model back in 2008.
Many years ago, she was quoted as saying: “I know smoking is bad and I am determined to kick the habit.”
However, she was still seen puffing either cigarettes or ecigarettes even after becoming a mother.
Some fans have come to her defence, saying Angelababy is only human, and was facing pressure from life and work.
