JOHOR BARU: Malaysian vehicle owners wanting to drive into Singapore are calling for the republic’s Land Transport Authority (LTA) to set up more collection centres for its Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) to ease the wait for the process.

A check by The Star at the LTA’s Johor Baru service centre yesterday still found long lines of people waiting outside the centre – over two months since the borders reopened.
