Grenade, guns, drugs worth RM5.6mil seized in series of raids

GEORGE TOWN: Drugs worth RM5.6mil were seized following a series of police operations dubbed Ops Cantas Tanjung conducted recently.

Penang police chief Comm Datuk Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain said 11 suspects were first arrested during an operation by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), Organised Crime Department and a CID team from Bukit Aman on May 24.
