Asia can play role in leading divided world, says PM at Nikkei Conference


TOKYO: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob (pic) proposed to the International Conference on the Future of Asia here Thursday (May 26) three key points to enable Asia to play a role in leading a divided world.

Sharing his views on the matter at the conference, also known as the Nikkei Conference, he said they were strengthening regional economic integration, strengthening cooperation and consultation mechanisms, as well as cooperation in addressing the challenges of climate change.
