Almost 800 arrested for drink-driving in KL between January and April, say cops

KUALA LUMPUR: Police here are coming down hard on drink-driving with nearly 800 arrests made between January and April this year.

City Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department chief Asst Comm Sarifudin Mohd Salleh said they arrested 759 motorists for driving under the influence of alcohol this year.
