Finas views 'steamy' scene issue seriously

KUALA LUMPUR: The steamy video clip taken from a scene in an upcoming local drama series on a private television channel, which was uploaded to Twitter by an actor recently, is seen as insensitive towards the culture practised by Malaysians, says the National Film Development Corporation Malaysia (Finas).

Its chief executive officer Dr Md Nasir Ibrahim, in a statement Thursday (March 24), said the filming of such a scene should not have happened and that Finas viewed the issue seriously.
