Covid-19: Postpone your umrah, you will be refunded on reschedule says Khairy


KUALA LUMPUR: Those who have made arrangements to go for the umrah, including paid for the package, but are unable to go following the government's temporary suspension of travel permission to perform the pilgrimage, will be refunded or their travel rescheduled, says Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin (pic).

He said discussion was in progress between the Health Ministry and the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, as well as the Umrah and Haj Travel Agencies' Association (Papuh), to assist the prospective pilgrims affected by the postponement.
