Floods: RM500 rebate for victims to buy electrical goods from Jan 7, says Takiyuddin


PUTRAJAYA: Households hit by floods will each be given RM500 rebate to buy electrical goods under the Sustainability Achieved via Energy Efficiency (SAVE) programme starting Jan 7, says Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan.

This follows the announcement by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob on Wednesday (Dec 29) on the RM500 vouchers for flood victims to purchase electrical goods at selected premises or e-commerce platforms, said the Energy and Natural Resources Minister.
