Over 270 flood victims moved to relief centres in Negri Sembilan


A firemen carrying a woman to safety after her home was hit by floods in Kg Keru.

SEREMBAN: A total of 274 victims have been moved to five temporary shelters after continuous rain caused flash floods in 29 areas of Negri Sembilan.

State Fire and Rescue Services Department assistant director of operations Ahmad Mukhlis Mokhtar said 112 victims were moved to the Kg Paya community hall in Lukut after their houses were flooded following continuous rain since 10pm on Friday (Dec 17) night.
