KUALA LUMPUR: Selangor CID chief Senior Asst Comm Nik Ezanee Mohd Faisal (pic) has been appointed as the Aide-de-Camp (ADC) for Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani confirmed SAC Nik Ezanee's appointment

"It is true, he has been appointed as the ADC starting Wednesday (Dec 15)," he said when contacted.

The vacancy for the Selangor CID chief's post will be filled soon, the IGP said.

Prior to this, speculations were rife on SAC Nik Ezanee's appointment as the ADC.

The 43-year-old senior police officer was appointed as Selangor CID chief on April 12 after being Petaling Jaya OCPD since Feb 17 last year.
