JOHOR BARU: Police arrested a 40-year-old man for allegedly stealing electricity to run a bitcoin mining operation in Taman Berjaya near Skudai here.
Johor police chief Comm Datuk Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay said that the suspect was arrested during a joint raid with Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) at the industrial area at around 2am on Monday (Dec 13) morning.
