IT was the final football match at the SEA Games in November 2011 held at the Senayan stadium in Jakarta.

The Malaysian side, who was the defending champion, retained their gold when they beat their hosts 4-3 on penalty kicks after drawing 1-1 earlier.

Prior to the kick-off, there was total chaos as fans descended on the venue, leading to a mad rush for tickets.
