POTENTIAL home-buyers seeking their dream homes can find a plethora of award-winning choices at the StarProperty Awards Showcase 2021.

To be held from Oct 15 to 17 at Sunway Pyramid, the exhibition follows the sixth instalment of the prestigious StarProperty Awards 2021.

Home-buyers, investors and members of the public can find out more about the winning properties, which have shown innovations in technology, architecture and improvements in home functionality.

Running from 10am to 10pm, the developers will be on hand to answer any enquiries and update them on the available property offers. Future homeowners can also take advantage of a home buyer lucky draw as well whilst shopping for their dream home.

All they need to do is purchase their desired home from any participating developer and submit a copy of the Sales Order Form, receipt as proof of payment and a photocopy of their MyKad at the designated StarProperty booth.

For the home buyers lucky draw, purchasers must be present to submit all relevant documents and a completed participation form, and answer a qualifying question to be in the running.

Some of the star-studded developers that will be at the awards showcase include Gamuda Land, Guocoland Malaysia, HCK Capital Group, I-City Golden Triangle, LBS Bina Group, Mah Sing Group, Platinum Victory, Sunsuria, Suntrack Development and Sunway Property.
