Ruma Realty principal and corporate real estate head Thomas Wong’s session will be at 4pm. His presentation is titled “Before You Pay, Before You Sign – How to Avoid Property Scams & Costly Mistakes in 2027”.
On Sunday, Pejuang Hartanah founder Datuk Ahyat Ishak’s talk on “What Built Malaysia? – The Story of Malaysian Real Estate and Where We Are Headed” will start at noon.
At 1pm, Kausar Wealth Management co-founder and managing director Khamarul Azhar Hashim will present his session on “From Property Ownership to Family Legacy – What Every Muslim Property Owner Should Know about Inheritance Planning”.
At 2pm, rental property entrepreneur Akmal Mustafa will begin his topic, “Room Rental or Homestay – Which is Right for Your Property? Choosing the Right Strategy for Positive Cash Flow”.
