THE proposal to amend the Federal Constitution in order to resolve the ongoing citizenship issue involving children born to Malaysian mothers outside the country is expected to be discussed at the Cabinet meeting today, says Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah.
The Foreign Minister said Attorney General (AG) Tan Sri Idrus Harun would give his views on the relevant legal standpoints.
